APOTHECARY
I set out to create a title sequence using analog imagery enhanced through TouchDesigner and After Effects. It is a witchy, murder mystery and the photograms hint towards the plot elements.

Photogram Assets
Photograms are an analog photography method where in a darkroom you place objects on photosensitive paper and expose it to light. This creates an interesting silhouette effect.
Process
Taking analog images and putting them in TouchDesigner and After Effects gave the animations a greater depth. I experimented with text appearance and layering.
Takeaways
I loved experimenting with combining such analog image-making methods with very digital processes. I think this creates a nice dichotomy and gives the work more depth. I look forward to diving deeper into Touch Designer in future projects.
